More than just a production facility, this location will serve as a central hub for quality control, offering dedicated spaces for both public and private training sessions. It will also feature our flagship coffee bar, showcasing and celebrating our coffee program at the heart of our brand.
Over the past few years, we have expanded internationally, opening locations in New York, Oman, and Bangkok, with further openings planned in key markets across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe throughout 2026. Job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Associate to support La Cabra’s wholesale clients across the Nordic region, with additional engagement in other international markets as required. This is a full-time role based in Copenhagen, ideal for someone looking to grow in client relations and account support within a global specialty coffee company.
As part of this role, you will also host private and business clients for classes and events at our Copenhagen roastery, helping to share La Cabra’s approach to coffee and strengthen client relationships through engaging experiences.
Support local Nordic wholesale clients with day-to-day account management, training, and general client support.
Host weekly coffee school courses for private and business partners.
Assist with inbound client inquiries and contribute to outreach efforts, providing prompt, professional, and accurate responses while supporting potential wholesale partners in other regions under guidance from the Sales and Client Relations team.
Help manage and update client records, track orders, and provide operational support to ensure smooth account management.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams, demonstrating approachability and reliability.
Ideal candidate
1–2 years’ experience in specialty coffee, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
Warm, professional communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable supporting multiple clients and accounts simultaneously, with a proactive and flexible approach.
Fluent in English; Danish or other Nordic languages preferred.
Interest in international markets and willingness to assist with outreach beyond the Nordic region.
Passionate about high-quality coffee and fostering positive client relationships.
