About The Role
La Cabra was founded in Aarhus, Denmark in 2011.
What began as a small roastery has grown into an international coffee company with cafés, bakeries, and roasting operations across Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia.
Coffee remains the center of our work. Our program is built on seasonality, transparency, and long term relationships with producers.
As we grow, our focus is simple. To scale without losing the precision, curiosity, and integrity that define the product.
The Head of Coffee will play a central role in guiding that work.
This role is responsible for the overall direction and quality of La Cabra’s coffee program.
You will help define the style, ambition, and development of the portfolio as the company continues to expand internationally.
You will work closely with producers, exporters, and partners at origin, building long term relationships and identifying coffees that shape the program over time.
Internally, you will collaborate with our roasting teams and work alongside the colleagues responsible for procurement and logistics to coordinate green coffee sourcing across the company.
The role is about setting the direction of the program, maintaining sensory standards, and ensuring that the quality and identity of the coffee remain clear as La Cabra grows across markets.
We are looking for someone with deep experience in green coffee evaluation, sourcing, and producer relationships, and with the ability to guide a coffee program as it develops internationally.
