La Cabra is seeking a hands-on, creative marketing leader to drive our communications and marketing presence across markets. As Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll play a central role in shaping how La Cabra connects with the world from storytelling to campaign execution and internal alignment.

This is a practical role for someone who writes, plans, and creates with equal enthusiasm.You'll be part of a small, ambitious team, leading how we communicate from daily updates to long-term strategy.

You will work closely with the CEO and the Head of Brand to keep La Cabra’s communication focused, consistent, and aligned.

Marketing & Communications Strategy

  • Develop and implement La Cabra’s global marketing and communications strategy, ensuring consistency across all regions and channels.

  • Strengthen La Cabra’s voice and storytelling through thoughtful, high-quality communication that connects with audiences worldwide.

  • Align marketing activities with La Cabra’s commercial priorities, supporting retail, wholesale, and franchise growth.

  • Coordinate PR and media outreach as needed to strengthen brand visibility.

    Content & Storytelling

  • Lead the creation and curation of written and visual content for digital platforms, newsletters, campaigns, and press materials.

  • Ensure all messaging feels authentic, clear, and true to La Cabra’s tone and values.

  • Oversee storytelling initiatives that highlight La Cabra’s people, products, and global community.

Campaigns & Projects

  • Plan and manage cross-channel campaigns with a focus on storytelling, product launches, and cultural impact.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Design, and Retail teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive across physical and digital touchpoints.

  • Maintain strong alignment with international teams and franchise partners to localise communication effectively while keeping global consistency.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a small, hands-on marketing and communications team.

  • Encourage collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the department.

  • Coordinate with franchise and market-based marketing coordinators to ensure effective local execution and reporting.

Process, Planning & Budget

  • Establish clear workflows and planning structures for campaigns, approvals, and internal communication.

  • Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality results within scope.

  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies to ensure measurable impact.

Events & Launch Support

  • Partner with the CEO and Head of Brand to plan and communicate major events, café openings, and product launches.

  • Ensure all launch communications align with La Cabra’s voice, maintaining clarity and consistency across platforms.

  • Brand activations in collaboration with country managers.

Ideal Candidate

  • More than 5 years of experience in marketing or communications. Ideally within lifestyle, food & beverage, or design-focused brands.

    • Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Danish a plus). You enjoy crafting words and stories as much as developing strategy.

    • Experience leading small teams and working across functions.

    • A mix of creativity and organisation. You switch between ideas and execution effortlessly.

    • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities without losing sight of the big picture.

    • Curious, collaborative, and proactive. You build relationships easily and constantly seek new ways to tell a story.
