As Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play an essential role in shaping their experience. You will help create a welcoming, organized, and seamless environment, ensuring that every guest feels acknowledged and well taken care of from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
Manage the guest flow, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
Communicate wait times and availability clearly and thoughtfully.
Coordinate closely with the barista and service teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Maintain an organized and welcoming entrance and guest area.
Observe the rhythm of the space and anticipate guests’ needs with discretion.
Answer questions about the concept, menu, and offerings, providing accurate and helpful information.
Support the team in maintaining La Cabra’s standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Handle guest feedback and requests with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, reception, or a similar customer-facing role.
A genuine interest in people and a natural ability to make others feel welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A calm, attentive, and organized approach, even during busy periods.
Strong personal presentation and attention to detail.
A proactive mindset and willingness to support the wider team when needed.
Professional fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is highly desirable.
An appreciation for specialty coffee, design, food, and contemporary hospitality.
